By accessing and using Puppy Madness ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Puppy Madness is a promotional campaign operated by Puppies.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an entry or vote in Puppy Madness. By participating, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Entry Submissions

By submitting a photo to Puppy Madness, you:

• Confirm that you own or have rights to the photo
• Grant Puppies.com a non-exclusive license to use the photo for the campaign
• Confirm the photo is of your own dog or one you have permission to enter
• Agree that your entry may be displayed publicly as part of the competition

4. Content Guidelines

Submitted photos must:

• Feature a real dog (no AI-generated images)
• Not contain watermarks, text overlays, or advertisements
• Not contain inappropriate or offensive content
• Be appropriate for all ages

5. Voting

Voting is open to all users. We reserve the right to disqualify entries or votes that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of fair play.

6. Selection Process

Entry into the bracket is not guaranteed. Puppies.com reserves the right to select which entries advance to the official 64-puppy bracket based on photo quality, adherence to guidelines, and other criteria at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Puppy Madness is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Puppies.com is not liable for any damages arising from participation in this campaign.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
